Unicist Anthropology is the complexity scientific approach to human behavior and the structural analysis of individuals’ deeds in order to forecast their evolution.

This R&D e-book on Unicist Anthropology by Peter Belohlavek has been published and is included in the Unicist Standard – Country Future Research Search Engine.

It surveys not only the evolution of Man as a species and as an individual but also the evolution of his institutions. It studies Man, his actions and his transcendence as “a unified field”.

Its main tool is the application of the Unicist Theory of Evolution, the Unicist Logic, and the laws of evolution of individuals, institutions and culture.

It studies the most intrinsic and extrinsic concepts that operate as “drivers” of cultures and individuals to use them as a basis for the causal-conceptual description of a reality in order to forecast it.

Unicist Anthropology conceptually structures taboos, myths and utopias that influence man’s actions.

Its main objective is to forecast the behavior of individuals, institutions and cultures so as to basically influence upon its evolution.

This book honors Claude Lévi-Strauss, Carl Jung, Viktor Frankl and Joseph Campbell for their contribution to human evolution.

Understanding this case you will be able to see the Unicist Theory of Evolution applied to a real case.

Consider that the archetypes of countries drive the automatisms of cultures. This implies they are very difficult to be apprehended. This effort is only worthwhile if you are really interested in the German culture.

Cultures that have a strong drive towards growth cannot accept the defeat of their leaders. The elite of the culture needs to represent the values of the archetype.

The purpose of the maximal strategy of the Japanese culture is the expansion of the community based on the members’ pride for their work and sustained by their collective intelligence as a community or group.

Collective intelligence is in Japan the catalyst of their growth. Therefore there is a need for integrating the values of the community in order to be able to exert collective intelligence.

Individual intelligence is the entropy inhibitor of the Japanese archetype. It allows individuals to adapt to the conditions of the situation in order to achieve growth.

Loyalty is the final purpose of the minimum strategy. This means that individuals who are not loyal to the structure of the society are considered as aliens.

The integration of aliens implies a very slow process in order to avoid the loss of the roots of the culture.

Strong cultures as Japan respect foreigners based on their values and deeds. Dealing with Japan as an outsider is easy if one accepts that one is a foreigner. Respecting its archetype is the first step to deal with the Japanese community.

To grow individuals need to have the internal freedom to generate an expansion of their vital space.

Evolution implies extending the boundaries of influence of a human being. To do so individuals need to have the internal freedom to generate an expansion of their vital space.

Internal freedom implies having the fundamentals of the new vital space and the energy focused on that environment in order to add value to generate the necessary influence.

Influence can be gained by fear, love or added value. These are not variables but sub-concepts of a concept. That is why they are not independent values.

1) Fear doesn’t require adding value.

2) Love is the consequence of unfulfilled needs.

3) Adding value requires understanding the environment and providing what is needed. It requires a high level of consciousness of individuals in order to be able to separate the inside from the outside.

Only the conscious adding of value generates evolution. Automatic human behavior implies the absence of internal freedom. Freedom is a basic need of individuals and is also a cross-cultural invariable. That is why every individual needs to feel that s/he can achieve freedom.

When internal freedom cannot be achieved it is substituted by external freedom or by entering in a parallel reality.

Both aspects drive to stagnation or involution. Parallel realities are unreal mental constructions where individual feel that they are in power. External freedom is the need to demonstrate others that individuals are exerting their freedom. The paradox is that individuals who are free do not need to demonstrate it.

Internal freedom requires a security environment in order to be able to exert it. This security environment that allows individuals exert free decisions is their religious structure. We use the term religious structure with an ample sense (see Erich Fromm).

The dominant niche defines the level of development of a country.

Peter Belohlavek’s e-book provides the natural laws of business strategy. We strongly recommend downloading and printing this book in order to use it as a bedside book until you manage the natural laws of business strategy.

It will shift your business life.

Some of the laws follow as an example:

Underdeveloped countries are such because they did not have the strength, power or hard elements to adapt dynamically to the developed world.

Seen from the underdeveloped standpoint others are responsible for one’s underdevelopment, and from a developed standpoint it is always one’s responsibility.

The evolution differs depending if a country is underdeveloped or developed. The main difference is that underdeveloped countries evolution is slower and interrupted by mutually annulling breakthroughs.

Seen from the developed point of view the commercial competitive strategy in underdeveloped countries is non-equilibrated.

…..

This open program is an entrance to future research using the Unicist Standard.

This open program is an entrance to future research using the Unicist Standard.

Future as such doesn’t exist. Therefore when people talk about future research they are using a metaphor.

The unicist approach to future research has been develop by Peter Belohlavek and is based on finding the natural structures of a reality in the past, using the hard data of the present and infer the possible future.

The probabilities of success of the projects that are being analyzed can be defined after the possible future has been defined.

You will be learning about the drivers of countries’ scenarios that define the natural future environment that has to be accepted as a limit or gravitational force for your business.

Access the program at: http://www.academic.unicist.org/op_country_future_research.shtml
