Now, we can say that the picture of human behavior has been completed with the discovery of the ontology of human complexes. It has been demonstrated that complexes have individual and social components that are homologous.

The discovery that the basic personal complexes are the Inferiority / Superiority complexes and the Oedipus complex made human conceptual behavior predictable.

The social complexes were defined as the Self-valuation syndrome and the Evolutionary syndrome which are homologous to the previously mentioned complexes.

This allowed integrating the functional and dysfunctional aspects of human behavior in the Unicist Standard.

The obscure part of individuals is very difficult to apprehend because one needs to be able to get in touch with one’s obscure part. It may provoke reaction, denial or rationalization. But it is extremely useful in the long run. Evolution implies: today better than yesterday.

The complexity science research is the research of the ontological structures and the taxonomies of adaptive systems.

The Unicist Standard for complexity research was developed based on the characteristics of adaptive systems considered in their complexity, some of their characteristics are:

1)      Open boundaries
2)      Biunivocity of its components
3)      The existence of conjunctions without disjunctions
4)      The inexistence of observers

It differs from systemic research because it needs to be part of a real, non-simulated, functioning adaptive system. It does not allow making artificial experimentation.

Entities with artificial life are adaptive systems that have homologous characteristics to living beings. Their diagnoses and changes need to be managed respecting the nature of their ontological structure which is the essential logic that defines their evolution.

The discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature

The discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature by Peter Belohlavek allowed modeling the logic of evolution and researching the “objects” of nature in order to describe and define their ontological structure. This was done in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution.

The ontological structure of a country or institution is what defines the structure of its “DNA”. These ontological elements have different names such as “fundamentals” or “concepts” and are logical packages that rule the evolution of these entities.

Development of the artificial genome

The development of the artificial genome is a demonstration of how life and its evolution can be emulated. It finally installed what we call the “last proof” of the possibilities to deal with the nature of reality.

These emulations of nature allow following the natural taxonomies to develop actions in order to improve the functionality of institutions.

This path has an extreme lower level of entropy than the rational-voluntaristic actions pushing towards a goal. It also allows developing and installing catalysts to accelerate processes in order to obtain more effective results.

The research in complexity sciences

More than 3,000 researches developed on the nature of countries, institutions and individuals’ evolution allowed developing a Unicist Knowledge Bank and an Expert system that is able to diagnose and forecast adaptive systems.

Adaptive systems do not have variables, because all their components are integrated in an oneness based on biunivocal relations. The concept “variable” implies dealing with non-adaptive or systemic systems.

People usually have a great difficulty to deal with fundamentals which are defined by the concept of an adaptive system.

Therefore to manage adaptive systems, such as businesses, it is necessary to develop “systemic compromises” transforming concepts into variables.

It implies managing the adaptive systems based on the conceptual knowledge of their fundamentals and ensuring the minimum strategy with technical knowledge that allows transforming concepts into variables.

This compromise allows dealing with adaptive system as long as reality doesn’t change. A revision has to be done when the environment changes. It has to be considered that the “Butterfly effect” does exist in “real life”.

China’s Structure

China is a culture based on the consistency of the social and individual efforts and the capacity of accepting trade-offs to achieve the goals of the country.

The Chinese model has to be understood in itself without comparing it with other countries. It has multiple economic models working simultaneously. It is neither a communist nor a capitalist model. It uses multiple unique solutions which imply permanent trade-offs between the different models to achieve its growth.

The Communist Party can be considered as homologous to the ancient nobility in Europe but representing the interests of China as a country and the needs of its population.

Entering the Communist Party needs to be earned because within the party there has to be an ideological consistency to allow a democratic behavior. The Communist Party is the “Establishment” of China.

Confucius’ Concept

Confucianism is a functional philosophy for a culture that needs to grow in a context of an extremely large country with a large population. Order is necessary to sustain consistency.

Minorities in China have to behave within the limits of the explicit and implicit Chinese model. Censorship and self-censorship are a need to avoid that the culture loses its consistency. But although censorship becomes necessary in this context, it is also the implicit weakness of the Chinese archetype.

Cultures evolve based on their implicit weaknesses. Therefore, a generational change can be expected in this field depending on the new trade-offs the culture will make.

A Shielded Culture

China has been, is and will be a shielded archetype, protecting its culture and beliefs in order to ensure its consistency and allowing making the necessary trade-offs to grow.

This shield was represented by the Chinese Wall in the past, and now it is represented by the multiple regulations that establish the framework of the country.

Maximal Strategy

The maximal strategy of China is driven by the working capacity of the culture and the catalyst for the minimum strategy is their cultural shield that ensures the consistency of its actions. The cultural shield works as a protection from foreign influence and internal distortions.

Minimum Strategy

The minimum strategy is driven by the individual working capacity of its population. The entropy inhibitor, to ensure the achievement of growth, is the ideological shield that ensures the focus of the efforts on the objectives that are being achieved.

The personal capacity of making trade-offs is installed in the population and makes individuals extremely focused achievers.

To apprehend the Chinese archetype it is necessary to understand Doers, avoiding ideological, religious or social comparisons. China was, is and will be unique. China doesn’t base its expansion on exporting culture, but on exporting products.
